The rules of the studio.

You must be 16 or older to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password safe. Don't share your account — Family plans exist for that.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. The 14-day trial is fully free; we never charge a card without warning. You can cancel in Settings → Subscription, and you keep access until the end of your billing period. We don't offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods, but we'll always refund if our software broke and you didn't get what you paid for. Email help@wellnessaiclub.com.

Don't reverse-engineer the app, scrape our audio library, or use it to train a competing model. Don't share content from the studio publicly — most of it is licensed, not ours to give away.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to listen to anything in the library, including offline downloads, for the duration of your subscription.

Wellness AI Club is a wellness product, not a medical device. It is not a substitute for therapy, medication, or professional mental-health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a local crisis line.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Wellness AI Club is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, unless you live somewhere where local law gives you the right to sue closer to home.
